Sustainable development and csr
ACTIA was built on strong values and continues to grow with them to ensure long-term sustainability.

Sustainable industrial performance
Industry 4.0 refers to the digital transformation of factories, while Industry 5.0 focuses on creating positive synergies between technology and people. ACTIA is leading both the fourth and fifth industrial revolutions. In recent years, the Group has significantly accelerated progress in this area.
Integrating a digital ecosystem into production sites and involving teams in every step of transformation has had a major impact on the organization—across operations, product and service offerings, and corporate culture. This shift is revolutionizing ACTIA’s four industrial sites around the world.

Investing in the future
Sustainable Development and CSR are at the core of ACTIA’s identity and business strategy. As an independent, family-owned mid-sized company, ACTIA has, since its founding in 1986, continuously invested in the future—strengthening key pillars such as teams, industrial capabilities, international presence rooted in local ecosystems, and innovation as a driving force.
Through its activities, ACTIA contributes to the development of connected, sustainable, and safe mobility, while preserving the environmental and social balance of the ecosystems it operates in.

ACTIA’s csr and sustainable development strategy is based on four pillars:
A social model that respects people and promotes development
ACTIA’s teams are the driving force behind the Group’s performance. “Caring for our people” is central to ACTIA’s social approach. Programs support knowledge development, diversity and gender equality, anti-discrimination policies, prevention of psychosocial risks, and workplace quality of life.
This robust social model helped ACTIA ensure continuity during the COVID-19 crisis while prioritizing team safety. It is also a key component of the Factory of the Future and the World Class Manufacturing programs.

A responsible business model for all stakeholders
Whether through its customer solutions or supplier relations, ACTIA promotes responsibility across its value chain. Committed to sustainable mobility and ecosystem safety, ACTIA manages the full lifecycle of its products—ensuring durability, recyclability, and regulatory compliance (RoHS, REACh, IMDS, RISL, Conflict Minerals, Export Control, etc.).
ACTIA’s Supplier Quality Manual integrates CSR standards, making quality and sustainability the primary criteria for selecting and assessing suppliers.

An environmental model aligned with our operations
ACTIA prioritizes eco-design in all developments. Resource management, waste reduction and recycling, paperless processes, and RoHS/REACh compliance are embedded in every ISO 14001-certified production site.
Transparency and shared values
Integrity and ethics are core to ACTIA’s culture. A Group-wide Ethics Charter and Anti-Corruption Code support this foundation.
