ACTIA, AN INDUSTRIAL PARTNER OF AERONAUTICAL CONTRACTORS

ACTIA has been producing electronic boards and equipment for the civil and military aeronautics sector since 1998, in particular critical avionics equipment linked to flight controls. Each year, ACTIA produces nearly 6,000 flight ECUs. As the first European EMS to be NADCAP accredited in 2008, ACTIA has developed a range of industrial services for the aeronautical sector, characterized by three key areas :
  • Support in the upstream design and industrialization phases, including the development of dedicated production testers
  • A particularly agile and resilient supply chain to cope with crisis situations and shortages and reduce supply times
  • State-of-the-art production tool, offering a fully modular production capacity, small, medium and large series in a highly certified industrial environment
ACTIA’s design know-how enables it to support its customers from the design phase, in DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Design for Test, Design for Assembly…), during industrialization and also to offer board and product redesign services in accordance with the sector’s method and quality requirements (GRESS) with significant cost optimization.

ACTIA’s versatility in design and production, its experience in the automotive sector as a Tier 1 supplier and its expertise in technologies related to the electrification of vehicles (power electronics, smart and connected batteries) are major assets to support aeronautical contractors in their electrification projects and thus meet the challenges of the ecological transition.

In addition to its manufacturing services and in line with its positioning as a partner, ACTIA has developed a range of electronic services, including a Part 145 approved repair unit.

  • Global offer of manufacturing and electronic services based on a real mastery of the most complex processes and a state-of-the-art industrial tool, the first NadCap certified in Europe (2008).
